How long is the tour?

Do we have to stop and wait for people to get on and off during the tour?

No, tours are nonstop fun!

Is there a guide on board?

Yes, every public tour is narrated with an amazing award winning tour guide.

Are there restrooms on board?

No, restrooms are available at the departure and return location before and after every tour.

Are babies free?

Yes, there is no charge for children under the age of 2.

Is there stroller or wheelchair storage?

Yes, the crew may bring it on board or lock and store it at the departure location.

Where do I get tickets?

Tickets can be purchased online or as you get on board; cash and credit cards are accepted as payment.

Can I make a reservation?

Yes, tour tickets can be purchased online.

Can we bring food or drinks?

Food and alcoholic beverages are not permitted on public tours.

How early should I arrive?

At least 15 minutes prior to departure. Allow more time for large groups and during holidays.

What should I wear?

Bring a jacket or sweatshirt, it may be cooler while at sea.

Do the tours run in bad weather?

The captain may cancel tours at any time if hazardous conditions are present.

Is it easy to get on board?

Yes, there are seven steps with handrails on either side. Crewmembers are able to assist all passengers during boarding and disembarking.

Will I get seasick?
